All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. We may offer to keep an item on back order and deliver when it is in back in stock. We will, however, give you the option. Prices are as indicated on the listings. The items offered on our website are available for delivery to worldwide addresses.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we try to fulfil your order within four business days after the date of order. Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding any holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via the contact info you have provided.
Once you place an order, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Typical handling time is about 1-3 days, and the delivery times will be estimated and commenced from the date of shipping rather than the date of order.
The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items that are ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

On occasion, we have some free shipping promotions a couple of times a year, so you can keep an eye out for that on our Instagram or Facebook page.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of the order date and time.
Shia Books Australia is not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shia Books Australia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received damaged order, please contact us immediately (contact information at the bottom).
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.
Once you receive your order, you might see some extra products that you did not order. When this is the case, those products are gifts from Shia Books Australia and do not need to be returned.
If you have received something incorrect, or the item you ordered is not inside your package, please let us know within 48 hours of when you received it.
