The 313 Club

The 313 Club follows Hussein, Ilyas and Amir as they learn what it truly means to prepare for the return of Imam al-Mahdi (ʿaj). They discover that kindness, service, patience, and love for the Ahlul Bayt (a) are the true marks of readiness. Through small acts of kindness, discipline, courage, and faith, including writing letters to the Imam of Our Time, they discover that the helpers of the Imam are not defined by age or size—but by character and dedication.

This story was born from the desire to prepare our young boys and girls to be ready for the reappearance of Imam al-Mahdi (ʿaj). It seeks to bridge modern childhood with the timeless guidance of our Imams, by reimagining classical forms of training such as swimming, archery, and horseback riding in ways that fit the world our children live in today. Through strengthening the body, learning discipline, mastering one’s nafs, and understanding defense and responsibility, this story explores what readiness can look like in our time.

This story was first written as a tribute to those in southern Lebanon who continue to endure oppression with steadfastness. When the same aggressors turned their violence toward Iran, the story also became a way to hold and honor that shared pain—and to ask a deeper question: how can we raise a generation that strengthens and supports others, in the name of Imam al-Mahdi (ʿaj)?

This book is dedicated to Imam Mahdi, may Allah hasten his reappearance, and may we Insha’Allah strengthen our connection with him.
